About Lauren

Throughout my career as a Special Education Teacher, and even as a student at Edinboro University, I have always been focused on using innovative, creative and accessible technology tools in finding ways to educate and train even the most reluctant of students. Becoming a National Board Certified Teacher provided me with extensive opportunities to analyze and evaluate students and instruction. I saw the value in applying these techniques to not only teaching students but to also help in training employees. Since launching my “Instructor Hippo” Consulting Business, I have been working with small businesses and big corporations to provide innovative and effective training materials using tools such as Rise, Articulate 360, Kapwing, and Canva. I’m excited to help you with your instructional design needs.
